No Cravings When You Stop Smoking With Hypnosis? (Yes, It Is Possible)

Physical cravings from nicotine withdrawal are almost undetectable, unless...they are amplified by the expectations, emotions and habit of the smoker. And, because of that, using hypnosis to stop smoking can permanently eliminate all cravings quickly and easily.

I find it interesting that smokers do not get up to smoke every hour or so at night to sooth their nicotine withdrawal symptoms so they can get back to sleep. The longest time during the day when smokers go without smoking is at night when they sleep. When I ask them how they feel when they are first waking up, even before opening their eyes, they all say something like, tired, sleepy, feeling refreshed or ready to get the day started. None of them has ever said “craving a cigarette so strongly that I have to smoke to make the bad feelings stop.” So, when they wake up in the morning, it is not because they are physically miserable from nicotine withdrawal, it is because the alarm goes off, or because they have had enough sleep.

Although a small percentage of smokers will light up before getting out of bed, most wait anywhere from five minutes, to twenty minutes or longer. And, they are not anxious, or fighting off strong cravings until they get that first puff.
Most cigarettes are smoked out of habit, as part of the daily routine, after meals, on breaks at work, or with morning coffee. And, frequently, my clients report that frequently they do not actually crave a smoke at those times.

Most commonly, the clients in my hypnosis practice in Atlanta tell me that they crave cigarettes when upset, bored, or tired and they just want to feel better. Or, after a meal when the relaxation that follows eating allows them to notice the mild sensations of physical cravings which they were too busy to notice before. And, is it any surprise that smoking after a meal is more habit than physical as well?

Hypnotherapy eliminates the cravings for nicotine by giving the person more effective ways of feeling better. And in the process the person develops inner resources that are in every way better than sticking a burning object in his or her face and breathing in the poisonous fumes. Hypnosis is an effective and pleasant way to stop smoking for good.
